Andrew Howe, CEO.
Andrew has more than 15 years of international experience of creating business value from new technologies spanning many industry sectors. He is the co-founder and former CEO of Sentec Ltd, a Cambridge-based technology start-up that was included in the DLT Fast 50 in Europe. Andrew led the licensing and product development of an electricity metering technology, licensed to Sensus and enabling it to enter the electricity meter market. He was a founding member of the Intellectual Property Exploitation Board at Scientific Generics.
Peter Hughes, Chairman.
Peter is an internationally experienced CEO with a demonstrable strategic flair and a record of consistent profit delivery. Peter worked initially with CEGB and possesses considerable experience in system and grid operation as well as generation. He has a background in strategic planning, new business development and asset management and has achieved success through creating new businesses; by change management in public and private sectors; and in value creation through operating international acquisitions. He was Managing Director of Powergen International Ltd, co-founded Broadview Energy Limited and has been engaged in consultancy in the renewable energy sector for several years.
Paul Lazarevic, Director of Sales & Marketing.
Paul was formerly Head of Corporate Sales at npower Business where he was responsible for all sales to the UK's major industrial and commercial users. His industry experience ranges from project managing the design and construction of embedded refinery power-generation projects in the USA and Far East, to setting up a gas trading operation in the UK and running a risk management team. Paul has also worked at Enron, where he helped create the Energy Services team and developed ground-breaking contracts combining energy supply with demand management products and services.
David Bill, Company Secretary.
David is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years' experience in professional practice and industry. As well as his Board duties, he is also responsible for setting up and managing the financial, reporting and IT systems at RLtec. Before joining RLtec he worked as a project manager in Ernst & Young's Management Consulting practice where he specialised in the implementation of new financial systems. David was also a Systems Development Manager with Whitbread and before that worked for Deloitte Haskins & Sells in London.

Steve Mahon, Chief Investment Officer (Europe), Low Carbon Accelerator.
Steve is the co-founder of Low Carbon Accelerator (LCA), a leading specialist clean technology venture capital fund that mainly invests in early stage companies. As well as representing LCA on the Board of RLtec he also sits of the boards of Sterling Planet, Quantasol, Vaperma and EcoSolids International. Prior to joining LCA, Steve was CEO of the Centre for Sustainable Engineering and was also on the main Board of Pursuit Dynamics plc, during which time it was the top performing small cap engineering stock on AIM. He was also a board member of Sentec Ltd, a smart grid technology specialist that became one of the fastest growing technology companies in Europe. Steve started his career at Qinetiq where he managed a specialist business unit commercialising smart materials technology. He has a first class degree and PhD in Geophysics and Planetary Physics.
Stephen Brooke, Managing Partner, Swarraton Partners.
Stephen is co-founder and Managing Partner of Swarraton Partners. Stephen has spent his career in venture capital, working with companies across numerous industries in the UK, US and South Africa. Prior to founding Swarraton, he worked at IP Group plc, where he was Director of Business Development and on the company's main board, and Columbia University Science and Technology Ventures in New York.
